  • Ordering by Phone:
    To place an order by phone, call us at (877)800-CHURCH. We can offer you the latest product information, special offers, and pricing & stock availability.

  • FAX Orders:
    You may fax your order to (877)500-CHURCH, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. One of our Sales Reps will contact you with 24 hours in regards to your fax.

    Orders can take up to 24 to 48 hours to process. We validate and verify every order for your protection.

  • How to Cancel or Change an Order:
    We try extremely hard ensuring that the product(s) you order from us are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order.

    * The first thing to do is: call us immediately at (877)800-CHURCH.
    Many orders leave our manufacturers warehouse within 24 hours, so in some instances it's impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case we will assist you with a Return Authorization Number (RA). Some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software and any item that is considered personal, such as an earphone, microphones, or instrument mouthpiece. These items are not allowed to be returned due to health laws. Please see Non-Returnable items below.

  • Payment Methods:
    Church-Tech accepts; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money orders, Certified Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks (a waiting period is required for the check to clear). Please do NOT send cash through the mail.

  • When do you charge my Credit Card?
    Church-Tech in most cases will charge you at the time the order is placed. Our lowest prices are always possible as a result of customers payments. Church-Tech.com is the ultimate blend of retail contractor equipment and most items are special order which require advanced payment. Standard retail items are always available either from our warehouses or our manufacturers.

  • Sales Tax:
    Church-Tech does not collect the sales tax for purchases made from outside of the state of Arizona.


Free Shipping Details

Church-Tech offers Free Shipping on select items. UPS and FedEx Ground service is our preferred method. We can always provide for shippments that require faster shipping including overnight or Saturday delivery. *Exceptions may apply

  • Free shipping is offered mostly on products over $99
  • Certain items, such as special orders, oversized items, and price negotiated items do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Qualifying orders will be sent via UPS or FedEx ground (smaller items may ship via United States Postal Service). Some large orders may be shipped Cargo instead of UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • We also offer DHL upon request.
  • Free Shipping does NOT apply to APO/FPO and international addresses.
  • Ineligible items still qualify for the great shipping rates.
  • Overnight, 2-day and 3 day shipping upgrades are available.
  • Offer not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside continental US.
  • If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.


International Order Policies

    Duties & Taxes:
    Church-tech is not responsible for import duties or taxes charged to the customer. Taxes, Fees, Duties, may be applied when an item is shipped to your country. We have NO control over this nor are we able to anticipate the amount due as this varies per country. If you order from us you're solely responsible for and must pay these additional fees. We are not responsible for border/customs delays. If you choose to refuse the package at customs in your country, your money will not be refunded and you will be responsible for returning the product back to us.

    Defective & Return Items:
    Church-Tech can replace defective items. However, we will not be responsible for return shipping or shipping back to the customer for the items purchased.

    Warranty:
    Church-Tech cannot verify if the manufacturers warranty is still valid in your country. This will be the customers responsibility to investigate this on there own behalf before purchasing.

    Voltage & Power:
    Most of the products Church-Tech sells are 100v - 127v. It is very rare that we can get access to any other voltage. It will be the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to have the correct power requirements as we only ship 100v - 127v. Returns

  • What if there is a problem with your order?
    If there's a problem with your order, email Church-Tech.com's Sales Dept. immediately sales@church-tech.com. Our Sales team with help to provide you with a return authorization number.

  • 30 Day "No Hassle"Return Policy:
    Our desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days.

    Returns must be received with all original packaging, accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of "wear or tear" of any kind and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, microphones, mouthpieces etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable.. Items that show signs of use or wear will not be eligible for return.

    (Please Note) If your purchase was eligable for free shipping and you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.

  • How Do I Make A Return?:
    Email our Sales Department at sales@church-tech.com to arrange for an RA number (Return Authorization) that you should write on the box near the shipping label. You can also request and RA through your "My Account".

  • Non-returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include Software, which manufacturers will not accept returns, and any item that is considered personal; such as an earphones, in ear monitors, microphones, instrument mouthpieces, or other items that you wouldn't want to purchase if someone else had their body parts on them. This is non-negotiable as this applies to health laws.

    Flat Panel Screen Returns: Flat panel screens over 32 inches are not returnable. However, returns are possible through the manufacture. For assitance, contact one of our representatives (877)800-CHURCH and we'll happy to point you in the right direction.
